How do I install OneKey?+
Download the OneKey.dmg file from our website, open it, and drag OneKey to your Applications folder. On first launch, you may need to allow the app in System Settings → Privacy & Security. OneKey is also available via Homebrew (brew install --cask onekey).
How do I activate my OneKey Pro license?+
Open OneKey, go to OneKey → License, and paste your license key. You'll receive this key via email after purchase. Make sure to copy the entire key including any hyphens.
OneKey isn't transcribing my voice. What should I do?+
Try these troubleshooting steps:
  • Check that OneKey has microphone permissions in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone
  • Ensure your microphone is working in other apps
  • Try restarting OneKey
  • Check that your microphone is selected in OneKey → Preferences → Audio
Can I use OneKey offline?+
Yes! OneKey works completely offline using local speech recognition models. Some advanced features like cloud transcription require an internet connection and are optional.
How accurate is OneKey's transcription?+
OneKey achieves 95%+ accuracy for clear speech in quiet environments. Accuracy depends on factors like microphone quality, background noise, accent, and speaking speed. The app learns and improves over time.
What macOS versions are supported?+
OneKey requires macOS 14 or later and runs on Apple Silicon Macs. For the best performance, we recommend the latest macOS release.
