How accurate is the transcription?+
OneKey Notes uses Groq’s Whisper API, one of the most accurate transcription models available. You can also add a custom dictionary to handle brand names, industry terms, and any words it might mishear.
Does it work offline?+
You can record notes offline. Transcription and AI enhancement require an internet connection — your recordings sync and process automatically when you’re back online.
What languages are supported?+
OneKey Notes supports 30+ transcription languages, configurable from Settings. The app UI is currently English-only, but you can record and transcribe in any supported language.
How do webhook integrations work?+
You create a webhook with a name, URL, and trigger mode — auto (fires on every enhancement), manual (you choose when), or confirmation-required. The note content is sent as JSON to your endpoint, compatible with Zapier, Make, Slack, Discord, and more.
What is the free plan limit?+
The free plan includes 2,000 transcribed words per month. You can track your usage in Settings. Upgrade to Premium for unlimited transcription plus all AI features.
